  • We offer three clear, student-friendly options designed to meet you wherever you are in the process:

    • Personal Statement Review & Editing — $499
We’ll help you transform your personal statement into a compelling, authentic narrative. You’ll receive both structural feedback (what’s missing, what to emphasize) and detailed line edits to strengthen flow and clarity—while keeping your voice front and center.

    • Application Review & Editing — $799
This package covers your entire ERAS application except the personal statement. We focus on activities, research, volunteer work, and leadership roles—helping you showcase impact, not just tasks. You’ll leave with polished entries that resonate with program directors.

    • Complete Application Review & Editing — $999
For applicants who want full support. We edit and refine your personal statement, experiences, and entire application to ensure a cohesive, strategic story across every section. This option gives you the confidence that nothing is left unpolished.

  • Unlike larger consulting firms, we’re a family-run coaching team with advanced training in education and communications. We’ve helped hundreds of students tell their stories effectively, and our approach is deeply personal.

We don’t just “fix” your documents—we teach you how to frame your journey so that programs see your true strengths. You’ll work directly with us (not anonymous editors), and we prioritize quality over volume. Our goal: help you feel proud of your application.

  • Yes! We now offer Residency Interview Preparation & Mock Interviews as a dedicated service. This includes a 1:1 strategy session tailored to your specialty, a full mock interview in a realistic format, and personalized feedback with a clear action plan.

You’ll walk away with practical frameworks for answering common questions, plus the confidence to present yourself authentically on interview day. You can choose from one of our three tailored options.

  • You’ll work directly with one of us—the three sisters behind Resi. Together, we bring degrees from Swarthmore, Penn, and Stanford, plus master’s-level training in Education, Writing, and Coaching. We’ve walked alongside medical students through the stress of residency applications, and we know how to sharpen your voice while keeping your application authentically yours.

  • We know timing matters. Our typical turnaround is 2–3 business days per edit cycle. During peak ERAS season, we’ll communicate clearly about timelines and offer rush upgrades when possible. Our goal is to keep you moving forward without bottlenecks.

  • No service can ethically guarantee a Match. What we do promise is expert guidance, personalized feedback, and a clear, polished application that reflects your strongest self. The residency selection process is competitive and multifactorial, but our students consistently feel more confident, more prepared, and more authentic after working with us.

  • Yes! You can start with the Personal Statement or Application Review and later upgrade to the Complete Application package. We’ll apply your previous payment toward the larger package so you never lose value.

  • Your trust is our priority. All materials you share with us are kept strictly confidential. If you’d like additional reassurance, we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). What you send us stays with us.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients are career-changers or students who faced unexpected challenges during med school. We specialize in helping you present your unique path as a strength, ensuring your story is confident and competitive.
