Who we are

We are three sisters united by a shared passion: helping future physicians achieve their residency dreams. Our journey began at top-tier institutions—Swarthmore College and the University of La Verne for our undergraduate studies, followed by Master's degrees in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University. What started as individual expertise in education, writing, and communications naturally evolved into a specialized focus on residency application coaching.

Our combined experience spans over two decades in student success. Our team includes an expert writing coach with fifteen plus years of experience crafting compelling narratives, a seasoned student coach with eleven years in educational guidance—including six years specializing in residency applications with a 95-100% match rate for over 700 students—and a communications expert dedicated to interview preparation and presentation skills.

We founded RESI because we witnessed firsthand how stressful and overwhelming the residency application process can be. Too many talented students struggle to translate their potential into winning applications, not because they lack the qualifications, but because they need strategic guidance and support during this pivotal moment in their careers.

Our students are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that exceptional residency coaching shouldn't be accessible only to those who can afford premium prices. That's why we've created thoughtfully curated guides and services designed to make quality application support more accessible to aspiring physicians from all backgrounds. If you are a first generation low income (FGLI) student, please fill out the contact form below as spots in our FGLI Support Cohort are limited.

At RESI, we don't just coach applications—we coach futures. We're here to help you navigate every step of your residency journey with confidence, clarity, and success.
