A Message from the Founders
Our students are at the heart of everything we do.
We are three sisters united by a shared passion: helping future physicians achieve their residency dreams. Our journey began at top-tier institutions—Swarthmore College and the University of La Verne for our undergraduate studies, followed by Master's degrees in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University. What started as individual expertise in education, writing, and communications naturally evolved into a specialized focus on residency application coaching.
We founded RESI because we witnessed firsthand how stressful and overwhelming the residency application process can be. Too many talented students struggle to translate their potential to their applications, not because they lack the qualifications, but because they need strategic guidance and support during this pivotal moment in their careers.
